Suria is dedicated in memory of my mother who has played a vital role in my appreciation of good, natural, wholesome food. Years of travelling and experiencing different food and cultures, coupled with encouraging words from family and friends, has finally made this dream of mine, a reality. Born in Malaysia and now based in North Yorkshire with my husband Peter and my two girls Sarah and Charley, we sincerely hope you’ll enjoy what we have created and that it leaves a lasting impression.
