Our wish, at Suria Patisserie, is for you to simply enjoy our delights, prepared the old fashioned way but with a modern twist. Suria is a family run business and all our chocolates, patisserie and wedding cakes are handmade and prepared with passion.
Wherever practical our ingredients are sourced locally from around Yorkshire to support our local farmers and producers and we take pride in using organic ingredients and free range eggs. We use Venezuelan Chocolate for its rare and distinctive flavours for all our chocolate creations. Having lived there for seven year, visiting the cacao farm, we have decided to support the cacao growers from this region.
